Terms of Service

ClickAthlon — last updated: 3 September 2026.

The short version. ClickAthlon is a free game with optional purchases. Play fair, be civil in chat, and do not try to break the server. Your athlete lives on our server and belongs to your account; what you buy is a licence to use it inside the game, not something you own outside it. If you break these rules we can suspend the account. You can delete it whenever you like, from inside the game.

Installing or using ClickAthlon means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the game.

Who can play

ClickAthlon is not aimed at children. You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age where you live, if it is higher — to have an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.

Your account

One account per person. The nickname and the country are public and appear in leaderboards, chat and clubs.
Your recovery code (CA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) is the key to your account. Anyone who has it can take it over, so do not share it.
We can rename an account whose nickname impersonates someone, advertises something, or is offensive.
You can delete your account from Settings → Delete my account. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

Fair play

The rules of the game are decided by the server, not by your phone. That is deliberate, and trying to get around it is the one thing that gets an account closed without warning. Specifically, you must not:

modify the app, intercept or forge its requests, or use bots, emulated input or automation to play for you;
exploit a bug instead of reporting it — if something pays twice or costs nothing, tell us;
hold several accounts to feed one of them (energy, club donations, referrals);
buy, sell or trade accounts, in-game currency or items for real money outside the App Store;
attack the service: flooding requests, probing for holes, or trying to reach other players' data.

Where we can, we undo what an exploit produced rather than close the account. Repeated or deliberate abuse ends in suspension, and a suspended account keeps no right to anything bought.

Chat and clubs

Chat is public and moderated by report. Do not post insults, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, personal data of other people, spam or links to malware. Hold down a message to report it or to block its author. We read reports and act on them; blocking is instant and only affects what you see.

A club is run by its president, who can admit, promote and expel. That is a game mechanic, not a decision of ours, and we do not arbitrate between club members.

Purchases

All purchases are made through the App Store. We never see your payment details.
What you buy is a licence to use it inside ClickAthlon. It has no value outside the game, it cannot be exchanged for money, and it does not survive the deletion of your account.
Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them. If something you paid for did not arrive, write to us and we will hand it over.
The subscription renews by itself until you cancel it in your Apple account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
Prices, contents and offers can change. A change never takes away something already delivered.

Seasons and resets

ClickAthlon runs in seasons of one calendar month. At the end of a season, points return to zero, prizes are paid, the speciality is cleared and very high physical attributes are trimmed. This is how the game works, not a fault, and it applies to everyone equally — including anything bought during that season.

The service

We keep the game running as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be available. Maintenance, failures and the end of the service are possible. If we ever shut ClickAthlon down we will announce it inside the game with reasonable notice and stop selling anything first.

Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.

The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Reward videos are optional and the game can be finished without watching a single one. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom you can change your advertising choices at any time from Settings → Ad preferences.

Changes to these terms

If we change something that matters, we will say so in the game before it takes effect. Carrying on playing after that means you accept the new version.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your own place of residence.
