ClickAthlon — last updated: 20 September 2026.

The short version. ClickAthlon needs an account: a nickname and a country, which other players can see. The game shows ads from Google AdMob, and on iOS it asks your permission to use the advertising identifier so those ads can be personalised — you can say no and keep playing. We store your progress, your chat messages and your purchase records on our own server. We never see your payment details, and we do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos or your microphone.

What we collect, and why

Your account

Nickname and country. Both are required to start playing and both are public: they appear in leaderboards, chat, clubs and search. The country is one you pick from a list — we do not work it out from your location.
A random device identifier created by the app on your phone. It is not the advertising identifier.
An account token and a readable recovery code (CA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). They are what lets you carry your game to another phone. The token is stored in the iOS keychain, so it survives uninstalling the app and — because the keychain syncs — it can travel to your other Apple devices.
Optionally, your Game Center identifier, if you use Game Center to recover your game.
Optionally, an email address, if you save one so you can recover the account when you lose both the code and the phone. It is the only way we can reach you, and you do not have to give it.

Your game

Training progress, levels, records, avatar choices, settings (language, sound, music, reminders), your club, your friends and who invited you.
The date and time you last connected.
The language your phone asks for, so we can send you the game's texts translated.

What other players can see

Your nickname, flag, club, level, avatar, age category, fans, points and whether you have an active premium subscription. Your records also appear on the public activity wall, together with your nickname and flag.

Chat and club texts

The game has public chat rooms by language, club chat and private one-to-one messages. Everything you write is stored on our server together with a copy of your nickname and flag. Club names, mottos and descriptions written by club presidents are stored the same way. Our staff can read any channel, including private messages, in order to moderate the game and deal with reports of abuse.

Advertising

The game shows ads supplied by Google AdMob: a banner, and videos you watch on purpose to earn a reward.

In the European Economic Area and the UK, Google's consent form is shown before any ad is requested.
On iOS the app then asks for tracking permission. If you allow it, Google's advertising SDK can use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to personalise ads and measure campaigns across other apps and websites. If you refuse, you still see ads and you can still watch reward videos.
When an ad is requested, Google receives what its SDK collects: your IP address (which gives it an approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with the ad. We do not send Google your nickname, your email or your account identifier.
iOS also sends SKAdNetwork install-attribution reports to advertising networks. That happens at the operating system level, without the advertising identifier, and the game cannot switch it off.
On our own server we record each ad you request and watch — which one, where, when and whether it paid out — so we can apply the daily limits and detect abuse.

Purchases

Payment is handled entirely by the App Store. We never see or store your card or your payment details. Our server stores the transaction identifier Apple gives us, which product it was, whether it is still active or was refunded, and what the game delivered to you.

Technical data

Your IP address is part of any internet connection and reaches our server with every request. For support and abuse prevention, we keep the most recent IP address used by each app installation, encrypted and linked to the account; a later address replaces it, so we do not build an IP history. We also keep the app version and build, operating-system name and version, device model, and a client-side signal indicating whether the app may be running in a simulator or emulator. That signal is not treated as proof of fraud. If you enable remote notifications, we store the push token issued by Apple or Firebase and link it to your account solely to deliver the game alerts you selected. We do not use the IP address to infer your location. The hosting provider also keeps standard server logs. This web page uses one technical session cookie and nothing else.

What we do not collect

No GPS or location permission, no contacts, no photos, no camera, no microphone, no health data. The app does not ask for any of those permissions.
No payment details.
No third-party analytics or crash-reporting service. The only external components in the app are Google's advertising SDK and its consent form.
Our own code never reads the advertising identifier.
We do not store what you type into the player or club search boxes.
The "age" shown on your athlete is part of the game. We never ask for your date of birth.

Who we share it with

Who	What for

We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to data brokers. Google and Apple may process data outside the European Economic Area; those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Why we are allowed to do this

To provide the game you asked for (performance of a contract): your account, your progress, chat, clubs, friends and purchases.
Your consent: personalised advertising and the use of the advertising identifier. You give it in Google's consent form and in the iOS tracking dialog, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Our legitimate interest: moderating the chat, detecting cheating and abuse, and keeping the service secure.
A legal obligation: keeping records of purchases for accounting and tax purposes.

How long we keep it

Account, progress, chat messages and social connections: for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
Technical installation data: the latest values are kept while the account exists and are deleted with it; a new IP address replaces the previous one.
Push notification tokens: while they remain valid and linked to your account; they are removed when the provider rejects them or the account is deleted.
Purchase records: six years from the transaction, because Spanish accounting law requires it. These survive the deletion of your account, stripped of anything that is not needed for that purpose.
Recovery codes sent by email: they expire in 15 minutes and can only be used once.
Backups of the whole database: the most recent copies are kept and rotated, so a deletion can take a few extra days to disappear from every copy.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, object to it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent to personalised advertising at any time.

Write to consultoriaehero@gmail.com from the email address saved on your account, or tell us your recovery code (CA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) so we can tell which account is yours. We answer within one month.

If you think we have handled it badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.

Turning off ad tracking

On your phone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn ClickAthlon off. That stops the advertising identifier from being shared. You will still see ads, but they will not be personalised. To withdraw the consent you gave in Google’s form, open Settings → Ad preferences inside the game.

Deleting your account

Uninstalling the app does not delete your game: your account token stays in the iOS keychain and syncs with iCloud, which is what lets you come back on a new phone.

To delete your account and your progress, open Settings → Delete my account inside the game. You can also write to consultoriaehero@gmail.com if you prefer. We delete it within 30 days. Two things do not go away: purchase records, which we have to keep for accounting, and messages you posted in public or club chat, which stay in the conversation with the nickname you used — tell us if you want those removed too and we will remove them.

Age

ClickAthlon is not meant for children under 14. It has open chat between players, purchases with real money and advertising.

Changes

If we change how the game handles your data, we update this page and change the date at the top.

En corto. ClickAthlon necesita una cuenta: un alias y un país, que ven los demás jugadores. El juego muestra publicidad de Google AdMob y, en iOS, te pide permiso para usar el identificador publicitario y personalizar esos anuncios: puedes decir que no y seguir jugando igual. Guardamos en nuestro servidor tu progreso, tus mensajes de chat y el registro de tus compras. Nunca vemos tus datos de pago, y no recogemos tu ubicación, tus contactos, tus fotos ni tu micrófono.

Qué recogemos y para qué

Tu cuenta

Alias y país. Los dos hacen falta para empezar a jugar y los dos son públicos: salen en las clasificaciones, en el chat, en los clubes y en el buscador. El país lo eliges tú de una lista; no lo deducimos de dónde estás.
Un identificador aleatorio del dispositivo que crea la app en tu móvil. No es el identificador publicitario.
Un token de cuenta y un código de recuperación legible (CA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Son lo que te permite llevarte la partida a otro móvil. El token se guarda en el llavero de iOS, así que sobrevive a desinstalar la app y, como el llavero se sincroniza, puede viajar a tus otros aparatos de Apple.
Si lo usas, tu identificador de Game Center, para recuperar la partida sin teclear el código.
Si quieres, un correo electrónico, para recuperar la cuenta cuando se pierden a la vez el código y el móvil. Es la única forma que tenemos de escribirte, y no estás obligado a darlo.

Tu partida

Progreso de entrenamiento, niveles, récords, avatar, ajustes (idioma, sonido, música, avisos), tu club, tus amigos y quién te apadrinó.
La fecha y hora de tu última conexión.
El idioma que pide tu móvil, para mandarte los textos del juego traducidos.

Lo que ven los demás jugadores

Tu alias, tu bandera, tu club, tu nivel, tu avatar, tu categoría de edad, tus fans, tus puntos y si tienes una suscripción premium activa. Tus récords salen además en el muro de actividad público, con tu alias y tu bandera.

Chat y textos de club

El juego tiene chats públicos por idioma, chat de club y mensajes privados entre dos jugadores. Todo lo que escribes se guarda en nuestro servidor junto con una copia de tu alias y tu bandera. El nombre, el lema y la descripción del club que escribe su presidente se guardan igual. Nuestro personal puede leer cualquier canal, incluidos los mensajes privados, para moderar el juego y atender denuncias.

En el Espacio Económico Europeo y el Reino Unido se enseña el formulario de consentimiento de Google antes de pedir ningún anuncio.
Después, en iOS, la app te pide permiso de rastreo. Si lo concedes, el SDK publicitario de Google puede usar el identificador publicitario (IDFA) de tu dispositivo para personalizar los anuncios y medir campañas entre otras apps y sitios web. Si lo rechazas, sigues viendo anuncios y sigues pudiendo ver vídeos con premio.
Al pedir un anuncio, Google recibe lo que recoge su SDK: tu dirección IP (que le da una ubicación aproximada), datos del dispositivo y de la app, y cómo interactúas con el anuncio. A Google no le mandamos tu alias, tu correo ni el identificador de tu cuenta.
iOS envía además informes de atribución de instalaciones (SKAdNetwork) a redes publicitarias. Eso lo hace el sistema operativo, sin el identificador publicitario, y el juego no puede desactivarlo.
En nuestro servidor anotamos cada anuncio que pides y que ves —cuál, dónde, cuándo y si pagó premio— para aplicar los cupos diarios y detectar abusos.

Compras

El pago lo procesa íntegramente la App Store. Nunca vemos ni guardamos tu tarjeta ni tus datos de pago. Nuestro servidor guarda el identificador de transacción que nos da Apple, qué producto era, si sigue activo o fue reembolsado, y qué te entregó el juego.

Datos técnicos

Tu dirección IP forma parte de cualquier conexión a internet y llega a nuestro servidor en cada petición. Para soporte y prevención de abusos guardamos la última dirección IP usada por cada instalación de la app, cifrada y vinculada a la cuenta; una dirección posterior sustituye a la anterior, así que no construimos un historial de IP. También guardamos la versión y build de la app, el nombre y versión del sistema operativo, el modelo del dispositivo y una señal calculada por el cliente que indica si la app podría ejecutarse en un simulador o emulador. Esa señal no se trata como prueba de fraude. Si activas las notificaciones remotas, guardamos el token que entrega Apple o Firebase y lo vinculamos a tu cuenta únicamente para enviarte los avisos del juego que hayas elegido. No usamos la IP para deducir tu ubicación. El proveedor de alojamiento conserva además los registros habituales del servidor. Esta página web usa una cookie técnica de sesión y ninguna más.

Qué NO recogemos

Ni GPS ni permiso de ubicación, ni contactos, ni fotos, ni cámara, ni micrófono, ni datos de salud. La app no pide ninguno de esos permisos.
Ningún dato de pago.
Ninguna analítica de terceros ni servicio de informes de fallos. Los únicos componentes externos de la app son el SDK publicitario de Google y su formulario de consentimiento.
Nuestro código nunca lee el identificador publicitario.
No guardamos lo que tecleas en los buscadores de jugadores y de clubes.
La «edad» de tu deportista es parte del juego. Nunca te preguntamos tu fecha de nacimiento.

Con quién los compartimos

No vendemos tus datos ni se los entregamos a intermediarios de datos. Google y Apple pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo; esas transferencias se amparan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.

Por qué podemos hacerlo

Para darte el juego que has pedido (ejecución de un contrato): tu cuenta, tu progreso, el chat, los clubes, los amigos y las compras.
Tu consentimiento: la publicidad personalizada y el uso del identificador publicitario. Lo das en el formulario de Google y en el diálogo de rastreo de iOS, y puedes retirarlo cuando quieras.
Nuestro interés legítimo: moderar el chat, detectar trampas y abusos, y mantener el servicio seguro.
Una obligación legal: conservar el registro de las compras a efectos contables y fiscales.

Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

Cuenta, progreso, mensajes de chat y relaciones sociales: mientras exista tu cuenta. Si nos pides que la borremos, la borramos.
Datos técnicos de la instalación: conservamos los últimos valores mientras exista la cuenta y los borramos con ella; una IP nueva sustituye a la anterior.
Tokens de notificaciones push: mientras sigan siendo válidos y vinculados a tu cuenta; se eliminan cuando el proveedor los rechaza o al borrar la cuenta.
Registro de compras: seis años desde la transacción, porque lo exige la normativa contable española. Sobreviven al borrado de la cuenta, despojados de todo lo que no haga falta para eso.
Códigos de recuperación enviados por correo: caducan a los 15 minutos y solo sirven una vez.
Copias de seguridad de la base entera: se conservan las más recientes y van rotando, así que un borrado puede tardar unos días más en desaparecer de todas las copias.

Tus derechos

Puedes pedirnos una copia de tus datos, que los corrijamos, que los borremos, que limitemos lo que hacemos con ellos, oponerte a un tratamiento o que te los demos en un formato portable. También puedes retirar en cualquier momento el consentimiento a la publicidad personalizada.

Escribe a consultoriaehero@gmail.com desde el correo que tengas guardado en la cuenta, o dinos tu código de recuperación (CA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) para que sepamos cuál es tu cuenta. Contestamos en el plazo de un mes.

Si crees que lo hemos hecho mal, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es.

Cómo desactivar el rastreo publicitario

En tu móvil: Ajustes → Privacidad y seguridad → Rastreo, y desactiva ClickAthlon. Eso impide que se comparta el identificador publicitario. Seguirás viendo anuncios, pero no personalizados. Para retirar el consentimiento que diste en el formulario de Google, entra en Ajustes → Preferencias de anuncios dentro del juego.

Cómo borrar tu cuenta

Desinstalar la app no borra tu partida: el token de tu cuenta se queda en el llavero de iOS y se sincroniza con iCloud, que es precisamente lo que te permite volver en un móvil nuevo.

Para borrar tu cuenta y tu progreso, entra en Ajustes → Borrar mi cuenta dentro del juego. También puedes escribirnos a consultoriaehero@gmail.com si lo prefieres. Lo hacemos en un plazo de 30 días. Dos cosas no desaparecen: el registro de compras, que tenemos que conservar por contabilidad, y los mensajes que hayas publicado en el chat público o de club, que se quedan en la conversación con el alias con el que los escribiste; dinos si quieres que también los quitemos y los quitamos.

Edad

ClickAthlon no está pensado para menores de 14 años. Tiene chat abierto entre jugadores, compras con dinero real y publicidad.

Cambios

Si cambiamos cómo trata el juego tus datos, actualizamos esta página y cambiamos la fecha de arriba.
